JAMES E.
O'DONNELL
James E. O'Donnell has been practicing law for more than thirty
years and is admitted to the state and federal bars in both Connecticut and Ohio. Attorney O'Donnell is a prominent litigator in a wide variety of legal areas, including commercial,
insurance, personal injury, probate, real estate and environmental matters. In
addition to being known for his meticulous preparation and zealous advocacy,
Attorney O'Donnell also volunteers as a court appointed Fact
Finder, Arbitrator and Attorney Trial Referee to help reduce the backlog of civil cases in the
Connecticut Court System. Attorney O'Donnell also advises clients in
the formation and governance of business and nonprofit entities, in commercial and residential
real estate transactions on behalf of lenders, borrowers,
buyers and sellers, and in estate planning and probate administration.
Attorney O'Donnell earned his law degree
from Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts (J.D., cum laude, 1978) after graduating from Columbia College in New York (B.A., Russian/English, 1974).
