James E. O’Donnell, born in Toledo, Ohio and graduated from Columbia College (B.A., 1974) and Boston College Law School (J.D. cum laude, 1978).  He joined the firm in 1980 after first practicing law in Ohio. 

David J. McDonald, born in Waterbury, Connecticut and graduated from The College of the Holy Cross (B.A. cum laude, 1981) and University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D., 1985).  David has been a member of the firm since1985. 

Sharon A. Cregeen, born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Allegheny College (B.A. cum laude, 1985), George Washington University (J.D., 1985) and a Masters in Environmental Law from Pace University in 1990.  She joined the firm, after ten years of practice, in 1995.
